This year for International Women’s Day, we gathered for a small and intimate Walk & Talk event. The weather didn’t quite cooperate — light rain followed us along the path — but rather than dampening the experience, it seemed to slow everything down in the most beautiful way. Umbrellas came out, jackets zipped up, and the conversation began to flow. There was something special about the size of the group. With fewer people, the space felt relaxed, personal, and open.
