Vision Board Day — A Creative Space for Sisters to Gather and Dream
At Women’s Wellbeing, we value spacious, grounded creativity — the kind that invites you to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making something with your hands. This isn’t about getting it right. It’s about connection, laughter, colour, inspiration, and being together in a circle of women. We’ll have a beautiful array of materials ready for you: magazines, vintage books, textures, stickers, and a generous stash of craft supplies to awaken your imagination.

On this years Vision Board Day we gathered — not to rush, fix, or strive, but simply to be.
And this is what happens when female energy comes together.
Dr Zoe Vilenica, from Posttraumatic Peace, facilitated a beautiful vision board day for the Women's Wellbeing Community.
Zoe is a psychologist, and trauma specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting women healing from complex trauma. Her work focuses on how our stories, nervous systems, and movement patterns are shaped by survival — and how we can transform them. She creates compassionate, body-based programs that help women move through patterns like hyper independence and return to themselves with kindness.
It was a relaxed afternoon to come together, set intentions, think clearly about, and feel into the next chapter — together — to breathe.

On our Vision Board Day, the room moved in a gentle way. We clarified what matters, shared in safe space, naming what we want to bring into our lives — from major changes to everyday wellbeing.
We followed what caught our attention, using colours, images, and words that resonated. We created our boards in ways that felt personal and authentic. We paused to reflect on what we had made and shared the experience as a group.
This is the magic of women gathering.
When feminine energy unites - our nervous systems soften. Creativity opens. We remember that we don’t have to carry everything alone.
The conversations flowed naturally, sometimes deep, sometimes light. There were sharing & silence, laughter & tears, meditation and long moments of creative focus. We were fully in our yin — receptive, intuitive, flowing. No pushing, no forcing. Just allowing us to be.

This time, even our youngest members have been part and have been gently introduced to sharing circles and opening their hearts in sisterhood.
Visioning Board Day was not about productivity or perfect outcomes. It was about connection — to self, to one another, and to what is ready to emerge next.
A reminder that clarity doesn’t always arrive through thinking, but often through creating, listening, and being held in community.
