Leigh is a trauma-informed Holistic Counsellor, and PBSP practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting people to understand emotions — and respond to them with confidence. She is a women’s facilitator with a passion for helping women return to their wild, sovereign selves.

Her work weaves somatic relational practices, nature‑based embodiment, and fierce feminine clarity to support women in reclaiming their boundaries and their voice. She brings warmth, depth, and grounded presence to every circle she leads.

More About Her

"For over 13 years, I have worked as a trauma-informed holistic counsellor, specialising in artistic therapies that support emotional literacy, self-awareness, and deeply focused on regulation.

For the past 5 years, I have trained in Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor — known as PBSP — a body-based, attachment-focused approach to emotional healing and repair."

Offerings

At the heart of Leigh's practice is Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor (PBSP) — one of the most powerful body-based approaches to emotional healing available.

PBSP works with the nervous system, memory, and relationship to heal unmet childhood developmental needs. It recognises that we each carry 5 basic needs for psychological development — and that when those needs go unmet, we carry that absence in our bodies, our relationships, and our sense of self.

Through PBSP we create new emotional pathways — not by talking about the past but by experiencing something genuinely different in the present.
