Also known as Non Sleep Deep Rest, Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice that soothes the nervous system, releases tension, cultivates inner peace, and awakens your wisdom from within."

The EveryWoman Gathering Workshop

Awaken the Rested Woman

Rest as Medicine invites you to lie down, let go, and receive a guided Yoga Nidra—often described as the best nap of your life. This deeply restorative practice soothes the nervous system, releases tension, and awakens the inner wisdom and peace within.

The importance of Rest in our daily lives, what rest is, how it can benefit us, especially at times of transition like Motherhood, Perimenopause when we are feeling the effects of changes in our hormones and our bodies. With the 'grind culture' of a modern world that places the highest value on productivity, it is critical that we revolutionise and value the opportunities to simply 'be' and to 'rest'.

We acknowledge and pay respect to the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We especially recognise the roles of Women and the deep wisdom they impart for the future generations of women to stand tall in their knowledge, wisdom and culture.
