Tess Dellagiacoma is an experienced adult collage group facilitator who blends creative practice with emotional reflection and visual storytelling. Her workshops offer a playful yet insightful space for women to explore their experiences using imagery and hands-on art. Tess believes in the power of intuitive selection — letting images speak and guide the story that wants to unfold. With a background in adult education and a deep respect for the personal journey, she holds a nurturing circle for exploration and expression. Tess’s sessions allow women to step back, reflect, and create visual maps of their inner worlds with honesty and care.

Tess is a solicitor and former registered nurse now focused on family law. As a nationally accredited family dispute resolution practitioner, Tess has training and experience working with families experiencing mental health, domestic violence, drug & alcohol issues.

The EveryWoman Gathering Workshop

Picture Your Unfurled Wings

In this practical and playful collage art session, participants are invited to sit in circle and explore a large collection of picture books and images — searching for the ones that spark recognition and joy: “Yes! That’s what my life looks like with unfurled wings!”

Guided by Tess, the group will cut, arrange, and glue images to create a personal visual reminder of their unfolding journey — a reflection of who they are becoming and where their wings will take them next. Throughout the process, Tess offers gentle guidance on how to recognise the images that resonate, arrange them meaningfully, and translate feelings and intentions into visual form.

This hands-on, creative workshop provides a joyful opportunity to transform the weekend’s reflections into a tangible gift to oneself — a piece that celebrates new beginnings and the freedom of flight. All materials are provided.

We acknowledge and pay respect to the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We especially recognise the roles of Women and the deep wisdom they impart for the future generations of women to stand tall in their knowledge, wisdom and culture.
