about
Virginia Woods

Virginia Woods has spent much of her life exploring how to return to wholeness and stay grounded through life's many transitions. She brings this lived experience into her work as a movement and meditation facilitator. Her sessions are designed to help women access their inner voice through breath, stillness, and embodied expression. Virginia's work invites participants to listen deeply, to allow movement to emerge naturally, and to reconnect with their inner landscape without judgement.
Her facilitation creates space for integration, self-connection, and gentle release — allowing each woman to arrive just as she is.

The EveryWoman Gathering Workshop
Let Go and Let Your Self Fly
Allow your body to speak what words cannot. This soulful movement meditation leads you into stillness, rhythm, and connection with your inner voice. Grounded in breath and intuition, it’s a space to soften, move gently, and meet yourself in motion.
It is a movement meditation that invites participants to connect with the essence of their spirit and express it freely through the body — beyond words, thought, or limitation. This session offers an opportunity to move past habitual self-beliefs and fears, and to experience the freedom that arises when we meet our true, untamed selves.
Participants will be guided to explore their inner landscape through somatic and authentic movement, discovering their natural strengths, talents, and unique expression. The process includes meditative movement and witnessing in pairs and small groups, creating a safe and supportive space for deep connection and shared insight.
Through this embodied journey, participants are encouraged to gently release old patterns and open to their Soul self — finding confidence, creativity, and the courage to spread their wings.
