Confidentiality: What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle. This creates trust and safety.
Active Listening: Be fully present and listen with your heart — not just to words, but to feelings and meaning.
No Fixing: Resist the urge to offer advice. Instead, trust each person to find their own answers.
No Judgment: Allow others to be vulnerable without fear of being criticised, corrected or dismissed.
Speak from the “I”: Share your own experience using “I” statements, rather than generalisations or assumptions.

These simple practices help create a space where all voices can be heard and held with care.
