The Everywoman Gathering is seeking skilled facilitators to join our community and share their unique wisdom. If you possess expertise that can cultivate growth and empowerment in our attendees, we invite you to apply.

  • Interactive and Engaging Workshops: Design workshops that spark participation and equip attendees with practical tools for everyday life.

  • Focus on Female Centric Issues: Help women cultivate their identity and understanding of themselves. 

  • Alignment with Our Mission: Support the Women's Wellbeing Association's vision of "Embracing Differences, Making a Difference."

Here's Whats Happening at This Years Everywoman Gathering

Your Tickets Include

Nourishing Meals 

Indulge in delicious and nutritious meals prepared specially for you. From breakfast to dinner, tea and coffee available throughout the day, we ensure you are well-fed and energized to participate in the fun activities.

Cabin-style Shared Accommodation

Enjoy comfortable shared accommodation, with a maximum of 4-8 people per cabin. This allows you to have your own space while also creating new friendships.

Choose from a wide array of activities facilitated by our experienced facilitators and ceremonialists. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to promote self-discovery and personal growth.

Everywoman Gathering Facilitator Expression of Interest

With each passing year, the Gathering grows in popularity, attracting a diverse group of talented and compassionate women who are devoted to supporting the WWA community. Their commitment and generosity inspire us, and we feel honored and excited to have them join our facilitating team. The Gathering is designed to empower every woman who participates, inviting her to recognize her own potential and take decisive action. Through a wide array of activities and events, we create an environment that nurtures personal growth, self-expression, and holistic wellbeing.

Tickets & Accommodation

While facilitator participation is complimentary, a separate discounted ticket will be required to cover the cost of meals and accommodations for the duration of the gathering.  Facilitators are expected to stay for the entire event to foster a sense of community and shared experience.  By submitting this Expression of Interest, you acknowledge that a discounted facilitator ticket will need to be purchased to confirm your participation and marketing of your workshop will not begin until this is purchased. 

Registration Terms & Conditions

At all times, it is the goal of Women’s Wellbeing Association Inc and its facilitators to hold a safe and supportive environment for each participant to embrace her authentic inner wisdom and deepen her journey of self-discovery.


Do you AGREE to accept full responsibility for yourself during the program or event and understand that you may choose to not participate in any part of the program or event. One of WWA’s core values is personal responsibility. Persons attending any WWA program, event or meeting needs to make their own assessment as to its suitability, and their decision to participate is deemed a personal choice, for which they accept personal responsibility for themselves, and indemnifies WWA against all costs, losses, damage or injury from any cause to property or person caused or contributed to from their actions.


Organisers or facilitators shall not be liable for damages in any way including personal injury in or about, the premises or travel to or from such events.
